When we started PotholeRepair.com fifteen years ago, we had a simple mission: catch asphalt damage early to keep your lots safe, and make your life easier while doing it.

From a small office in Virginia, with a single crew and single truck, we committed to figuring out how to fulfill that mission.

To enhance convenience, we quickly expanded our service area to offer coverage for more of our clients’ properties. To keep costs low, we developed custom software that improved efficiency while providing greater visibility to repair status.

Over the years our mission guided changes both big and small.

Reflecting on 2025, our team (some of whom have been on the journey with us for a decade or more) felt it was important to shine a light on this year’s developments.

• Expanded repair options: in addition to our signature Permanent Thermal Repair service, we added the cost-effective option of Semi-permanent Hot Patch, as well as Temporary Cold Fill for interim needs.
• Interactive inspection reports: our investment in custom software continues to pay off. Mobile apps and custom workflows have been helping us capture, geo-tag, and communicate damage details for years. This year we streamlined further to give you the power to choose repair methods and authorize work from your computer or mobile device.
• Customer portal: we are in the process of rolling out portal access with complete inspection histories, invoice details, account and property dashboards –  all the information you need for thorough reporting and budgeting.

We are excited about these enhancements because they give you more power to optimize your investments in your asphalt assets while making it even easier to do so.

But the real story is more simple: you’ve trusted us to guard your asphalt and reduce your headaches, and we take that responsibility personally. Thank you for making that choice.
