If you truly want to rid yourself of a pothole, and extend the life of your asset, the Permanent Thermal Repair is your best choice—it’s extremely durable and uses a unique process that bonds the surrounding asphalt to the new mix. It’s like a mini repave and will outlive the rest of your lot! The Semi-Permanent Hot Patch is exactly that: Still effective with its use of hot mix asphalt, but a great option when the budget is tight. Temporary Cold Fill is the least effective with its use of cold mix asphalt and is rarely recommended except for extremely short duration use cases.

Our process is quiet, quick and non-disruptive (nothing like traditional pavers). You will not need to close your lot and in many cases, no one will even notice we’ve been there except that the potholes have disappeared!

And we could talk your ears off on technical facts, but we’ll explain simply as: The Permanent Thermal Repair and Semi-Permanent Hot Patch options use DOT approved hot mix asphalt (and hot asphalt cement for rejuvenation and binding. The Temporary Cold Fill uses standard cold mix asphalt.
