The Role:

We’re seeking a highly motivated, results driven, trainable Area Manager. In this role, you’ll be out in the community identifying pothole repair needs, and then finding the decision-makers for those properties, inspecting potholes and following with client visits. You’ll also leverage networking opportunities, like local chambers of commerce or trade association conferences to build long-term relationships with key industry professionals.

  • As part of an integrated team, you will be driving revenue growth for your area. 
  • Physically survey properties to identify asphalt repair opportunities. 
  • Track down and connect with the associated decision makers to present our solutions. 
  • Offer quick, no-obligation quotes and follow up effectively to close deals. 
  • Network actively at industry events and within business communities to build a strong pipeline of contacts. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Brings a positive work ethic, balancing hard work with a sense of fun and a drive to learn new skills. 
  • Some sales experience is great, but we value drive, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn even more. 
  • Ability to work closely with a team and be comfortable working independently in the community. 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills using all platforms, in-person and technology based. 
  • Interest in networking and taking a proactive approach to expanding contacts. 
  • Flexibility and a growth mindset. 
  • Commitment to integrity. 
  • Driver’s license and clean driving record of 5 years or longer (CDL NOT Required). 
  • The ability to speak Spanish would be an asset but not required.
